1. Contract conclusion and data protection

With the online submission of this registration form by the legal representatives or the adult student, the contract is legally valid. A form specially provided for Data Privacy must also be signed separately.

2. Copyright

The documents (modules, checklists, etc.) given to students are exclusively intended for students participating in fit4school courses. Transmission to third parties (also for the purposes of consultation or exchange of information, etc.) is contrary to the law on copyright and similar rights. It is, therefore prohibited. Each violation will be reported and legal actions will be taken to repair the damage.

3. Value added tax (VAT)

Advice and teaching to children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt from the obligation to charge VAT.

4. Cancellation of appointments and termination

If you cancel a course up to 24 hours in advance, we promise not to charge you anything. In the event of a cancellation during the 24 hours preceding the course, we are obliged to invoice the planned session. It is possible to suspend or interrupt our support at any time as long as a 24 hours' notice is respected.

5. Price adjustment

Prices may be adjusted every six months to reflect general costs’ changes.

6. Legal forum

For disputes arising from this contract, the signatory parties determine Lausanne as the exclusive forum.
